Services at St John's in December

Sunday 8th, 10.30am - Christingle Service & Scout Parade

At this service all are invited to make their own Christingle (or watch others if you prefer).

The lighted candle represents Christ as the light of the world, bringing hope to people living in darkness.

Sunday 15th, 10.30am - Nine Lessons & Carols

Come along to this reflective service and hear nine readings from the bible re-telling the story of Jesus’ birth at the very first Christmas. The readings will be interspersed with singing some of our favourite Christmas carols.

​Sunday 22nd, 10.30pm - Creative Church Nativity & Carols

Our Creative Church with a Nativity Theme.

Tuesday 24th, 11.00pm - Christmas Eve Holy Communion

Wednesday, 25th 10.30am - Christmas Day Worship

At the beginning of each Sunday service in December including Christmas Day we will light our Advent Candles
